Appearance: She has shoulder length wavy hair that is constantly changing colour and style to suit her mood, and a single peircing in each ear lobe, as well as her belly button. she also has a single tattoo on her lower back of chinese lettering surrounded by flowers.
Lucy has a full 'hourglass' shape and loves the more extravagant clothing styles; if she's not weariung bold colours or patterns, then she's wearing something else that is just as eye catching in another way. She loves jewelry and is never without some on.

History: Lucy grew up as a typical army brat, moving from base to base as her father was transferred. She had a strong relationship with her father, and after attending a few years of military academy, decided the army wasn't for her after all, and decided she'd rather go for the F.B.I. instead.
She enjoys the out doors, which seems to be in direct contrast to her personality and wardrobe, and spends her free time hiking or camping.
